Birch Floor Screeding was founded in 2008 and soon became a serious player within the
construction industry. Whilst distilling the same ethos and quality standards we have been
able to maintain regular clients such as McLaren, Morgan Sindall, Willmott Dixon, R G Carter,
Hill Partnerships, Vinci and Bowmer & Kirkland.

 

We are one of very few companies entrusted with an Isocrete K Screed License and a strong
fleet of Putzmeister Screed pumps all compliant with the latest ULEZ regulations. ​We take pride
that our regular client base can count  on us to continually deliver high quality work at a fast pace
whilst ensuring our safety culture is adhered to. We are accredited with ConstructionLine,
AcclaimSSIP, Builders Profile and are full members of the Considerate Contractors. 

 

We predominately work across London, The South East and Home Counties although often we
are seen outside of these areas for our regular Clients. We can carry out works out of hours and
around the clockto meet some of the most discerning of project programmes.
